Shipping policy

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 7-16 business days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks, please review your tracking code. If it had been shipped out, please contact the delivery company directly as we are not able to confirm their process. However, if your order has not been marked as being shipped to you, you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
